1 Year Guarantee
HD Quick Racks LLC guarantees that the HD Quick Rack will be free from any structural defects for 1 year from the date of purchase, providing it has not been misused.
Return Policy
A Single or Double HD Quick Rack may be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued without receipt or proof of purchase. If your HD Quick Rack is damaged from being misused, exceeding the recommended load capacity (300 lbs. for a Single HD Quick Rack and 1000 lbs. for a Double HD Quick Rack), from a construction site accident, truck accident, or act of God, your Single or Double HD Quick Rack may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
To return, get a refund, or exchange a Single or Double HD Quick Rack, mail your Single or Double HD Quick Rack to HD Quick Rack, 13945 Parkview Dr, Becker MN 55308, along with your return address and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Write on the packing slip if you are “Exchanging” or “Requesting a Refund.” Allow 7 business days from the date HD Quick Rack receives your return to process your request. For a refund, we will contact you to determine your preferred refund method.
