UPS Shipping Policy for HD Quick Rack LLC

At HD Quick Rack LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services through UPS. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to shipping, returns, and exchanges for products purchased from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following UPS shipping options to meet your needs:

  • UPS Ground: Standard delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days.

  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery by the next business day.

  • And a variety of other UPS shipping option when available in your area.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time are typically processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the UPS website.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

6.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

6.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hdquickrack@gmail.com or 320-333-5789 with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

6.3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

6.4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6.5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hdquickrack@gmail.com or 320-333-5789. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a replacement.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
